3 in 1 Assessment for Hitting, Pitching, and FMS screening. FMS Screens/Athlete Assessments are the beginning of the training cycle. We are now 100% technology based, must have assessment on file. The player, trainer, coaches and parents all need to understand the "entire athlete", create a plan, set goals and parent/player expectations. Rapsodo, Blast Motion & FMS certified. We use technology in every lesson not to improve numbers, but to improve communication, and improve movement.

Cancellation Policy

Contact us directly to reschedule your appointment. 24 hour cancelation notice is requested to allow another athlete to book in your place. If canceled within 4 hours of your appointment, only 50% will roll over onto a credit. We understand life happens and will allow a one time last minute curtesy reschedule per family. However, No call/No show = No refund/No credit roll over.
