If you are interested in becoming a paid staff member of the Rip City travel ball program, please submit your resume. We will promptly follow up with every inquiry. All hired staff must go through our interview process, have references available, and are required to have a background check completed.

If you are inquiring about a paid instructor position inside of our indoor training facility, you must meet at least one of the following 5 criteria:

1. College softball/baseball playing experience
2. Minor league or major league playing experience
3. High School coaching experience
4. College coaching experience
5. Major league baseball scouting experience

OFFICE INTERNSHIP    OPPORTUNITIES

Our Rip City indoor training facility offers an office internship program for college students. This position involves office administrative work, along with marketing and program coordination. We have great leaders to learn from and we operate in a fun, family friendly sports environment. We offer a wide variety of training and development in business, sports, marketing, and administrative areas.

COACHING INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Rip City Baseball/Softball program has volunteer coaching positions available to current college players that are home during their Summer/Fall/Winter breaks. We are looking for student athletes at the collegiate level that have an interest in pursuing coaching and teaching softball/baseball as a career. We have the best staff to learn from in the region. You will be assigned to a designated team as an assistant coach and help with all coaching duties every step of the way. This is a non-paid position and would not involve travel. It can be used as internship hours for most schools and would be a great resume builder for your future in softball/baseball.
