3 in 1 Assessment for Hitting, Catching, and FMS screening. FMS Screens/Athlete Assessments are the beginning of the training cycle. We are now 100% technology based, must have assessment on file. The player, trainer, coaches and parents all need to understand the "entire athlete", create a plan, set goals and parent/player expectations. Blast Motion & FMS certified. We use technology in every session not to improve numbers, but to improve communication, and improve movement.

Cancellation Policy

Contact us directly to reschedule your appointment. 24-hour cancelation notice is requested to allow another athlete to book in your place. If canceled within 4 hours of your appointment, only 50% will roll over onto a credit. We understand life happens and will allow a one-time last-minute courtesy reschedule per family. However, No call/No show = No refund/No credit roll over.
