Led by Licensed, Insured & Certified Strength Coaches. SPORT SPECIFIC MOVEMENTS from instructors that also have the playing experience & knowledge. This session is focused on core workouts, speed, agility, conditioning, endurance, hip explosion, power, flexibility, and coordination.

About The Event
If this date and time does not work for you or your athletes schedule, view our private lessons calendar, our instructors have individual sessions available daily. Located under the sign up > lessons tab. Any athletes attending hitting sessions MUST bring a helmet.
Athletes are required to dress in class specific appropriate athletic attire. Players must be in proper workout clothing that accomodate covering all under garments while particpiating in pre warmup, stretching, squating, fundamental drills, etc. If a player cannot properly train in their chosen attire and with under garment discretion, they will sit out of that session. Tennis shoes/turf shoes only - no cleats on turf.
