Sports specific conditioning: explosiveness, proper hip movement used for jumping out of the batters box and base running, speed & agility, core strength, and more. Athletes 8 years and older. Class is 60 minutes of training, all players are asked to come ready to grind.

About The Event

This model is designed to allow ball players to more fully express his/her skills on a consistent, prolonged basis. In other words, a player’s natural skill will be enhanced with more strength, power, flexibility, stamina, balance, endurance and so on. Through this program, players will be able to maintain and employ those skills at a higher level longer into the season and ultimately later into a career.

Players have always been evaluated on their consistency and longevity, the fitness created by crossfit methodology will provide athletes with a key tool for developing these attributes.
