Mature 8 years and Older- younger athletes call for additional info. 60 minute sessions. 20 minute sport specific conditioning / 40 minute hitting drills. This class is extremely educational and truly focused on breaking down the fundamentals. Creating awareness to the correct sequence of the swing.
